Terms & Conditions

Depending on the rate plan you may cancel or modify your booking up to 48 hours prior to arrival. If cancellation is not possible or you don’t show up, depending on the rate plan an amount up to the amount of the full stay plus taxes will be charged to your credit card on file. For more information see the respective rate plan details. Other important information:

The check-in time is around 3 pm and check-out is before 11 am. We can store your luggage if you need it.
Regarding the parking situation, we have a partnership with one parking located right in front our hotel. The amount for a one-night stay is $35+txs. You can go in and out of it and you must leave before noon on the last day otherwise extra fees will be applied. Don't leave anything valuable and visible in your car.

Upon arrival, please use the drop-off area in front of our establishment and one member of our team will gladly help you with the luggage and will inform you about directions to find a parking place.
To do the check-in, we will ask you for a credit card for a $250 safety deposit. If you cannot provide a credit card, you will not be able to give you your room.
